No. The WieldHERness is coaching and reflective practice. It is not psychotherapy or mental-health treatment, and the Navigator is not currently licensed to provide mental-health treatment in any jurisdiction. The Navigator does have years of prior clinical experience and a Master's in Social Work plus a Master's in Human Services — that training informs the depth of this work, but the program itself is coaching, not therapy. If you are in active mental-health treatment, this program is intended to walk alongside that care, not replace it.
Most programs in this space teach an existing modality (mindfulness, CBT principles, somatic practices) reframed for women. The WieldHERness teaches an original framework — the four-direction Compass and the MAAP — built specifically for women navigating their own emotional landscape. The framework was developed through years of clinical practice and the Navigator's own emotional-wholeness journey. Most programs also center the coach as the expert. This program centers you as the expert. The Navigator's role is to reflect, not to prescribe.
Plan for 2-3 hours/week during teaching weeks (Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 12 — one 60-75 minute group session plus reflection time in your guidebook) and 1-2 hours/week during 1:1 weeks (one 50-minute session plus reflection time). Most participants spend an additional 1-3 hours/week in their guidebook, but this is at your pace.
Live group sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You can watch the replay in your community space. 1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with 24+ hours of notice.
Yes — all sessions are virtual via Google Meet, and participants have joined from all over the world. Time zones are accommodated as much as possible; cohorts may be scheduled across two time-zone bands depending on enrollment.
Please prioritize clinical care first. The WieldHERness is not designed to be a primary treatment for active mental-health conditions, and you deserve support that can hold what you are carrying. If you are working with a therapist or psychiatrist and your provider supports you adding a coaching practice alongside — that is a beautiful integration. If you are in crisis or unstable, please reach out to a licensed clinician first. We will be here when the timing is right.
Yes. There is no rule against that, and several women have found it deepens the work. Each of you would enroll separately.
The work was built for and centers women's experience — particularly the patterns of self-abandonment that come from a lifetime of pouring into others. It is not exclusionary in spirit, and women's experience here is meant inclusively. If the framework speaks to you and you identify with the work, you are welcome to apply.
Within 7 days of enrollment and before the second live session, full refund less a $75 administrative fee. After the second session and before Week 6, 50% refund of the unused portion. After Week 6, no refunds except in documented emergency. Full refund of unused portion in any case where the Navigator pauses participation due to a Tier 1 safety situation.
First cohort: 10 participants. Future cohorts: up to 15.
