Have you considered your relationship with your feelings—and how you relate to them when they arise?
The WieldHERness Experience is a six-module, relationship-centered practice that invites women to reexamine, reconnect, and redefine their relationship with their feelings—making room for the well, the wild, and the whole of HER.
Some seasons of life feel like wilderness—betrayal, grief, loss, separation, humiliation, transition, caregiving, identity change, or a change you never expected. The feelings that rise there can be intense, private, public, confusing, and deeply human.
The WieldHERness offers a way to navigate that emotional terrain without judging every feeling, obeying every feeling, or abandoning yourself because of it. The work does not divide you into acceptable and unacceptable parts. It makes room for the well, the wild, and the whole.
Myths We Inherited. Truths We Can Practice.
MYTH: Difficult feelings mean you are failing or moving backward.
TRUTH: Healing is not measured by the absence of difficult feelings, but by the relationship you cultivate with them.
MYTH: Accepting a feeling excuses every reaction.
TRUTH: Compassion and accountability belong together. Your feelings belong; your choices still carry impact.
The WieldHERness is both a philosophy and a practice for exploring how you relate to your feelings while remaining connected to the whole of HER.
A relationship is the way two or more people, groups, or things are connected and how they interact.
The WieldHERness invites you to reexamine your relationship with your feelings, reconnect where distance or silence may have formed, and redefine the quality of relationship you want to cultivate. This is an invitation to inquire—not a label or a demand for closeness to every feeling. You remain the authority on the language that best describes your experience.
Wild Feelings may carry energy, memory, information, protection, longing, unmet need, or wisdom. They deserve attention, but they are not automatically instructions. Every feeling has a place. Every feeling does not make the decision. HER remains True North.
The well. The wild. The whole of HER.
